PURCHASES:

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal for payment. All transactions are secured through a 128-Bit SSL Certificate from GeoTrust.

SHIPPING:

Orders placed prior to 3:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will ship from our warehouse that day. Orders placed after 3:30 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship from our warehouse the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

Our free shipping promotion only applies to the continental United States. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, you may only choose Next Day Air or Second Day Air to have your order shipped.

RETURNS:

ASD provides a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE within 30 days after you have received the product. You need a valid reason to return the product or cancel shipping. The following terms and conditions apply:

To return a product, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The order will need to be sent back in the original box, packaged the same way you received it, with the RA# written on the package. Returns shipped to ASD without an RA number will be refused!

We will not accept any returns if the product was installed or damaged. The product must be returned in resalable condition. Upon inspection you will be refunded the amount of the product, NOT THE SHIPPING COST. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the order being sent back to ASD. You must enclose the copy of your invoice receipt so we can process the return. The refund will then be applied to your credit card.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

DAMAGES:

If a product is damaged in shipping, you must file a claim your local UPS office within 48 hours of delivery. As soon as you filed the claim, please inform us by email or phone. Do not ship the product back to us; it will be picked up by the shipping company. We will ship out a replacement as soon as we receive UPS confirmation.

PRIVACY POLICY:

ASD believes in keeping your information private. All credit card transactions are run using a GeoTrust SSL certificate. GeoTrust has been a trusted name in internet transaction security for over a decade. All information sent to ASD is secure, and we will never supply your information to third-party listing companies. Any email that you will receive will be direct from ASD and will allow you to remove your name from the mailing list.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Our online ordering system is only available to residents in the United States. If you reside outside of the United States and would like to order any of our products, please contact us at 1-800-544-1780 or via email at sales@asdshop.com. Our sales staff will then process your order.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax is applied only to orders from New Jersey.
